My delivery was late for the second time, and it’s getting frustrating. What made it worse was trying to get an update and getting different answers depending on who I talked to. One person said it was almost here, another made it sound like it hadn’t even gone out yet. I get that delays happen, but the inconsistent answers made the whole thing way more annoying.

I got my refund back within a few days, which was quicker than I expected. The whole process was straightforward, and overall I’m satisfied with how it turned out
